CAN RMR CONSULTANTS PROCESS SCANNED LOGS OR DO WE SEND IN PAPER LOGS?

We can process scanned logs when scanned in a TIFF format which is standard on most scanning systems. WE can also process paper logs and we will store them at no additional charge.

DOES RMR CONSULTANTS ARCHIVE LOGS ON THEIR COMPUTER?

Yes we have the capability to archive six months of logs in our computer system. However, we still recommend that paper logs be retained as a backup.

DO WE HAVE TO USE SPECIAL LOGS?

No, we have the capability to audit any standardized log format, and it does not have to be designated as a “Scan type Log”.

IF OUR MANAGERS OR DRIVERS HAVE QUESTIONS ON THE VIOLATIONS FOUND DURING THE LOG AUDITS CAN THEY CALL YOU?

Yes, we support all of our services with free telephone support for our clients and will take the time to review and answer questions in regards to the violations found during the audit.

ARE YOUR LOG AUDITS COMPLETELY AUTOMATED?

No, we do not use fully automated log audit software. We combine the computer audit for finding the hours of service violations and a manual process to check to insure the log is filled out properly (form and manner). All driving rules violations discovered are manually checked, after the audit, to insure accuracy of the entire audit process.

CAN RMR CONSULTANTS PROVIDE EXAMPLES TO DRIVERS ON HOW TO COMPLY WITH THE LOGGING REGULATIONS?

Yes, we will mark up an example, of the type of log and DVIR you use, with instructions on how to properly complete.

IF WE WANTED TO HAVE OUR LOGS AUDITED WEEKLY INSTEAD OF MONTHLY, IS THAT POSSIBLE?

Yes, we custom tailor programs around each client, this is what makes us unique. We are flexible, realizing all companies are similar but have different needs.
